What is Hunter’s return policy?

You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you. US returns are free, but you will need to print your UPS returns label from the Hunter website. All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition and in the original packaging.

All exchanges are at Hunter's discretion and subject to availability of suitable replacement stock. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. What are Hunter Wellington boots made of?

We use 100% natural product, tapped from rubber trees in tropical plantations. For these reasons, each Hunter wellington boot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance.

How long is the Wellington umbrella warranty?

Due to the nature and construction of our umbrellas this product comes with a 6-month warranty. A few of our accessories are excluded from this warranty, the exclusion applies to boot socks, insoles, soft accessories and care products. Our jersey collection (t-shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuit top and tracksuit bottoms) are covered by a 6-month warranty.

Do you need to refer to the stockist when purchasing?

For any products purchased from one of our authorised stockists you will need to refer to the stockist as the contract of sale is held with them . In this instance please contact the place of purchase for further assistance. A full list of our authorised stockists can be viewed here.

We currently offer three shipping methods

Delivery occurs in approximately 3-7 business days after shipping. Standard ground orders typically ship within 1-5 business days from the time they have begun processing, pending credit card verification. Shipping is $6 or free on orders over $100.

International Deliveries

Due to an unexpected increase in orders we are experiencing a delay to the dispatch of items. We sincerely apologise for this delay and wish to update you of the new standard delivery timeframe which is 7-10 days from the order date.
