Wish I could leave 0 stars. I’ve had multiple experiences where I bought something off their website only to learn days later that they sold out of the product (without informing me in a timely manner so I could look elsewhere). Most recently I urgently ordered a dress from them for a wedding I had two weeks away.

TERRIBLE customer service! Every single time I had to contact customer service they seem to never be able to help me. I just placed an order and had to change my shipping address, immediately called customer service and they said they can not help me change it. I asked if they can cancel my order, and they can not help me with that either.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered a $995 Zimmerman dress. I received the dress and it was a totally different item than what I ordered. I call in to report it and they say I have to go through their protocol. 72 hours for a call back. I have an event that this was ordered for in 3 days.. lots of other options to order from.
