We’re happy when you’re happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your J.Jill purchase, we’ll gladly accept eligible returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase. If returned with the original receipt, you’ll receive an exchange, refund or credit for the original purchase price.

Reasonable Price and Good Quality Items
I have been buying from Jing for over a year now. They have low cost and high fashion items which has great quality. Shipment usually takes 1-2 months (it is longer than usual) but they usually arrive. If you have missing shipment they will reship you without question but just need to ping reps via chat groups.
