Then Jacquemus decided to ship out one of the orders— over a month after my order date!! To make matters worse, I no longer live in the state where it was delivered and I am now trying to arrange to have UPS pick the package back up to return to these incompetent people at Jacquemus! Ugh! Complete nightmare! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM DIRECTLY.

I have never had an experience half as bad as I've had ordering from Jacquemus. After weeks of waiting for a bag I ordered I received a notification that it had been returned to the sender because it was refused by the receiver. Mind you I never received the order let alone refused it.
