All costumes and costume accessories must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All standard policy exclusions are applied. Yandy wants you to "Own Your Sexy", but if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, eligible merchandise can be returned to Yandy for store credit or refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
Can I get my money back from Yandy?
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. *Yandy does not offer exchanges if you need a different size or color you can place a new order immediately or wait for your return to be processed for store credit or refund. We only issue 1 (one) return authorization (RA) and 1 (one) return label per order.
Does Yandy provide return labels for orders outside the US?
Returning Outside the US: Yandy does not supply return labels for orders outside the US. Complete the Return Authorization process online. The customer is responsible for shipping back to Yandy. We strongly recommend adding delivery and/or signature confirmation.
