Our recommerce items are open-box, floor models, and returns, and we do our best to communicate the current status of the item, including information on known scratches, dents, blemishes, dings, or any other defects.
Cancellation Policy
We will honor cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Once an item ships, we cannot honor a cancellation request.

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the items you purchase. The amount will be displayed after you enter the shipping destination address. Every Joybird-manufactured product is covered under a limited lifetime warranty. This includes most of our upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, sectionals, benches, ottomans, daybeds, sleepers and chaises. Warranty coverage does not apply to our home décor items such as pillows, throws, rugs, poufs, wall decor, and lighting.
