Service Policies

At Kittle's we are committed to insuring your satisfaction through our Service Department. We will provide repair service for manufacturer defects under the terms stated in the manufacturer's warranty.

Pickup Policies

When making arrangements to pick-up merchandise, please call ahead to verify that it is at our Distribution Center or at the appropriate pick-up location. Click here for a complete list of locations and store hours. Merchandise picked up at any Kittle's location will be in it's original carton or packing.

Restocking Policies

Request for cancellation of Custom Ordered Merchandise will be accepted prior to delivery, with 30% of the Purchase Price retained as Re-stocking Fee. Request for cancellation of Stock Merchandise may be made prior to Delivery, and the Full Purchase Price will be Refunded.

Is piercing jewellery refundable?

You`ll then receive a full refund as per the policy above. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable. Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal.

We will gladly assist you in loading your merchandise, and supply twine that you may use to secure it. However, for liability purposes, Kittle's associates will not tie-down your trunk or secure any merchandise to your vehicle.

Can you cancel an order if it has a pricing error?

Errors in pricing will not be honored. In the case an order placed online contains a pricing error, the order will be cancelled, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Any authorized payments for that order will immediately be reversed.

Can you order online at Kittles?

Merchandise sold online will only be delivered within our Stores' local delivery area. If you need an item shipped outside this area, please contact us at PreOrderInquiry@kittles.com to discuss your specific needs. You may also place an online order and schedule pick-up of your merchandise at our Distribution Center or any of our Stores.
