Two day shipping??
Two day shipping??? False advertising. The first time they told me that that means it would arrive two days AFTER they ship it. That’s is crazy. Two day shipping typically means you will get an order two days after you order it. On the next order it shipped on the third day and then wasn’t due to arrive 5 days later.

first time and last time ordering from walmart petrx. i placed an order on 1/22, and needed to received the meds by 2/1. received an email several days later, on 1/26, from customer service telling me i had to confirm the shipping and billing addresses because they were different. never had to do this with any other business, ever.
They are Robbing me!
They are Robbing me!! I did not authorize the payment they put on my card and contacted them as soon as I saw it. They won't cancel the order THEY PLACED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!
Very Unreliable Company
Walmartpetrx has become very unreliable. My last order was placed in plenty of time to be refilled. However, it got lost either by Walmart or FedEx (another unreliable company). They then offered to replace it, but now 2 days later, they are telling me that they are out of stock of the Rx so it will be another 3-4 days before they can ship.
Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. Constant errors. Had to make multiple calls to resolve issues created by their own inept customer service team. Not sure why a company as big as Walmart cannot hire competent employees. Chewy is more expensive but will need to switch because WalmartPetRx is a complete shitshow.
The only place that had what I need.
Neither Chewy nor 1800petmeds had the prescription flea preventative that I needed so I tried Walmart Pet Rx. I placed my order by phone, which was very easy.
