How do I return to Lo and sons?

We offer "Free Returns" on any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A prepaid shipping return label will be generated after initiating your return. Start a return/exchange here.

Can I wash my Lo and Sons bag?

We recommend washing the bag on the “delicate” or “hand washing” cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then laid flat to air or line dry. We DO NOT recommend taking the bag to the dry cleaners.

Does Lo sons ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally nor do we offer international returns at this time.

Where are lo and Sons bags made?

Chinaour bags are all made in China and sold online on our site.

Is the Beis Weekender worth it?

Can diaper bags be washed?

Always use the gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine for cleaning a diaper bag. Use a warm water setting (or a cold water setting if you're concerned about colours running). Only use gentle or mild laundry detergent. Avoid using bleach on any bags that aren't entirely white.

Never wash a pack in a washing machine or dry it in a dryer. Use lukewarm (not hot) water, and use your soft sponge or brush sparingly, so you don't harm any protective coatings on the pack. Hang the pack to dry in the shade or indoors, not in the direct sun (UV light can degrade the fabric).
