Why do you allow your customers to block the gas pumps after they have already paid at the pump and pumped their gas and then go inside the store and leave their vehicle sitting there blocking the pump when there are multiple cars waiting to get gas?! I quit stopping at Love's because of the "never a shower ready" issue.

Blind Driver Road Train Member

I think it's one of those 'things'...I have always favored Love's for quick stops, like all truck stop chains, some locations are better than others...Example, I will never go to Mt Vernon, TX Love's again...

1) Many of their parking areas are smaller and on hills. Can't they buy a flat piece of ground. I hate trying to sleep in a leaning truck.

Scooter Jones Road Train Member

Okay, okay. Want me to start a rip job on TA, Pilot & Flying J too? Because I sure can, easily.

Great place to work and great benefits 👍. The other employees were great to work with and very helpful. We would all work as a team to get everything done and made friendships. I really enjoyed working here.

Its okay

Work was fine, long hours at times, low pay for sure. I think they should focus on higher pay for what you do. Probably lowest paying jobs for fields in the country.

Great company culture, not so great implementation

There are many good things the company offers and has on paper as far as employees go. They don't care for "yesterdays trophies", overworking good people and demanding more from people who try to do the right thing. Its a decent job, but don't expect a great job by any means.

Poor management

The work is relatively easy until you run out of tasks, then youre expected to pull tasks from nowhere. A lot of the staff is perverted. I would not recommend working here as a women. Generally I enjoyed the job but couldnt stand most of the coworkers. Management is also the "sweep under the rug" type.

Good: The benefits you get insurance. Bad: management team is irresponsible, stubborn, and racist

coworkers and management have a tendency to bully people and nothing is done about it. corporate does not care about their employees only customers. Working here is very stressful, people like on each other coworkers are very childish including management.

Loves is not bad but it's not good either

Loves as company is great to work for but for the amount of work you have to do. It's simply not worth it. If you apply for this job you're a janitor.

There is little communication to employes. I never know what's going on Never was to about points for attendance. Always the last to know

I feel I don't make enough compared to other employees that work overnights. Supposed to get a dollar an hour premium for working the overnight shift. I don't work as fast as others but I always do my job the right way. The way it is supposed to be done
