What is LG's return policy?

What is LG's return policy? LG.com will accept return requests for purchases within the first 15 days after delivery. Shipping discrepancies or products that arrive damaged must be reported to LG Order Support within 5 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund.

All LG Signature products include white-glove delivery and installation. All major appliances will be sent via ground shipping, and your purchase on LG.com includes delivery, unpacking, plugin/installation, removal of packing materials, and haul away of old appliances, at no additional charge.

Does LG offer exchanges?

LG does not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different item or a different variant (e.g., color or finish) of the same product, you have to return the item and independently order the product you desire.

Does L'ange Hair have a warranty?

We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on L'ange Hair products. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. At our discretion, L'ange Hair will either refund the cost of the order or exchange the damaged/defective product.

Is L'Ange responsible for faulty extensions?

Modifying extensions is done at the customer’s discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended. Extensions are not considered faulty and L’ange is not responsible if their condition deteriorates due to poor care, treatment or application.
