I purchased my Lumae in Feb 2020 so around a year and half ago after reading great reviews. It's been fantastic and i have used this once a month since purchasing, so not that much usage really, It's even been kept in its original box for storage in between. I went to charge it this morning and nothing.
A bit meh to be honest
A bit meh to be honest. I didn't notice any change in my pores. The leaflet warns to go easy so I did with the lowest setting. That made no real difference. I tried again a few days later with slightly higher suction and pressure which did scratch the skin but pores still look the same.
Pore strips work better
I’ve been using this for at least 5 weeks and I don’t rate it. Skin doesn’t seem clearer. No gunk on the suction. It does seem to exfoliate but that’s it.
Very professional high grade device
So far i have only used once but the diamond heads and suction tips/strengths are what I would consider clinic grade. Being a cosmetic nurse myself and having experience with various deifferent devices I can honestly say I’m so impressed with this device- easy to hold, amazing dermabrasion and high strength suction settings.
Don't buy
I brought this product and used it twice and now have welts/ red marks on my face after the second use. I'm extremely upset as I had really clear skin and feel I have now ruined it. Don't use this harsh product on your face

I love my Lumae microdermabrasion device. I am very particular with my skin and have regular treatments with my beauty therapist who I will continue to go to. However I feel I can now do my own dermabrasion at home and get the same good result.
