How do I return an item to Modanisa?
You can fill the Return Form, once you log in to Modanisa. You can start the return process through FAQ - International Delivery or through Orders, which can be found under Account Menu. We cannot accept any returns without the Return form on the parcel. Once we have received your returned items, your refund will be processed immediately.

Kept my item and my money

This is my 2nd time ordering. I must admit the 1st time I was not really pleased but you have to learn which brand of clothing fits you. Most of the clothing run small so order 2 to 3 sizes larger. The 2nd time I ordered I did not have any problems.

You just never know what you're going to get! I made my first order a few weeks ago, 3 hijabs and an undercap. None of the hijabs are the colour they appear on the site! A grey and white one is infact purple and white, a mauve grey one turns up bright lilac, and an off-white one is a yellowy-oatmeal/sand colour.
