We engineered Moon Pod to last for years! After some time, you may need to refill the inner sleeve with additional beads. However, after refilling the beanbag it will act as good as new!

Is the cover washable? Yes! To clean your Moonpod zip off the outer shell, wash in cold water with like colors, and tumble dry on low heat. After the shell is dry, you can put it back on.

In some cases the Shipping Charges are not published in the website as they are included in the price. Can you return a package with an RMA number?
Please repackage the products securely in original boxes with all manuals and accessories. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales record and a note describing the problem with the item and the RMA number. RMA should be visible on the outside of the returned package. Failure to return with RMA number and sales record may result in no or a delayed refund. We reserve the right to not accept any returns without authorization, and package will be refused, and you will incur charges by the carrier for the freight in both directions.

Honestly, this situation was a not the fault of Moon Pod…I took the Moon Pod and Lunar out of my vehicle and brought them in the house. Upon opening both boxes my daughter noticed there was no cover for the Moon POD but there was one for the Lunar.

No Better Than a Beanbag
Bought this for my son for Christmas so he’s had it for less than 2 months. It’s already completely deflated. Nothing to do with his weight either, he’s 13 and 110 lbs. This thing is only slightly better than a bean bag and definitely not worth $300. Save your money.

NOT WORTH IT!!! Paid over $800. For Super Moon Pod. (2 moon pods put together in a bigger cover). Arm and neck rest, foot stool. JUST A BEAN BAG. PLEASE READ ALL OF DETAILS. (DON'T BE A FOOL LIKE ME). When you try to return them, they will charge you for opening boxes and setting it up. In the end i was charge 155.00 for CRAP!!!!
