PREDATORY LENDING PRATICES. DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE
The service in the Store & the exam are ok. Their glasses are cheap plastic glasses from China the real price shouldn’t be no more than 20 o 30 dollars. The catch is they offered a finance thru a lending related company called ÁCIMA. Ácima is a predatory company that charge their customer up to more than 60%!!!! Of the loan amount. For example, my two pair of glasses ended costing me the outrageous price of around $600.00.

I would not recommend anybody going to the Desoto location
I would not recommend anybody going to the eyelab in Desoto the customer service was horrible. I made my appt ahead of time for 2-1-2022 did leave until 3:30. I filled out the paperwork and stated more than once I wanted contacts.

I just picked up my 2 pair of glasses from MyEye Lab in Woodstock! I am so very happy and pleased with the entire experience at this store. The staff is excellent and professional. The manager is excellent he is very caring, professional, and courteous.

We went to to the eyelab in pembroke pines, Florida. We walked in and there were 3 people sitting at a desk just and no one even bothered to greet nor did they tell is where to go to sign in. So we saw a young lady sitting at a desk towards the back of the office looking like she did not want to be there.
