How do I return an international order to Naturalizer?
International naturalizer.com customers have 90 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. All international orders must be returned via Borderfree and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to our customer service center to receive your RMA number.
What is Naturalizer's return policy for shoes?

How long does it take for naturalizer to ship?
Naturalizer orders are shipped via standard Ground Delivery and will arrive at the shipping address within 5-7 business days of the original order date . If more than one item is ordered, each item may arrive separately.

Can you return naturalizer?
However, if the need arises you may return your unworn, unwashed merchandise within 90 days. Our stores are no longer accepting returns. You may return Naturalizer.ca purchases by mail. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.
Is Canada Post responsible for lost packages?
Note: We recommend using a traceable shipping service (most consumers find Canada Post to be the least expensive carrier). We are not responsible for lost packages.
