Bought £500 Amina Muaddi shoes that have torn (manufacturer fault) with 3 wears. Netaporter are offering 15% refund of what it costs to repair them. Poor treatment of long-term customer
I have used Net-A-Porter for a long time, and have always been impressed with the efficiency and standard of its service. Unfortunately, I have had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with my most recent Net-A-Porter order. I ordered something as a friend's housewarming gift which had a glass component.
Awful customer service
Great products but awful customer service. Generic responses to all emails without actually reading them. Still no refund after weeks of chasing and confirmation from them that they received the item. It is a shame as they used to be very good but the company has gone massively down hill.
EMPTY SHOE BOX
Brought a pair of trainers for a Christmas present to receive an empty shoe box. Been trying to resolve the problem with NET-A-PORTER's customer service for well over two months to find out they have closed case not telling us. We believe they have been stolen while in transit, looking to be by the courier (DHL).
