Return policy nonexistent?
Ordered two large artificial poinsettias. Arrived separately. First one damaged. Returned and then returned second one. Not realistic and poor quality. Hard to figure out what return policy they actually offer. Assigned partial credit. Never could get full credit or a response after multiple emails. Poor customer service. Will not order from again.

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered from here and the item I received is NOT what I ordered. The customer service number is just a voicemail. I have left at least 10 messages with no reply. I have sent emails and still nothing. I am trying to dispute the charges because nobody from Nearly Natural wants to help. Stay away from this place!!
Not worth the money
They take forever to send your order out, so don't expect it anytime soon. My tree was definitely more fake looking than they advertise. I got an olive tree and the olives were huge and hideous. Wasn't even going to bother to try to return it but definitely not worth the money.
Cheap product. Poor customer service
The tree was described as being made from the highest quality material and lifelike. It was the cheapest looking fake plant--and it was $275! I contacted them SIX times (3 voicemails, 3 emails) to return the plant ("satisfaction guaranteed") but I never heard back from them. AmEx intervened on my behalf and I finally received the full credit.
Biggest scam ever!
They should have called themselves “Not Even Close to Natural”! Their plants are cheap plastic crap and it’s obvious. You can’t even call those silk plants, these are plastic plants. My first order arrived with a cracked pot.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I paid for overnight shipping. Then received an email saying they were backed up a week later. Cancelled the order. Never heard from them until I refused the shipment. Finally was refunded the money for the plants but not the overnight shipping.
Buy At Your Own Risk
We received an artificial potted plant with the pot shattered during shipping. We reported the damage and requested return authorization immediately in accordance with the 30-day free return policy. That was six weeks ago, and despite repeated requests and demands, Nearly Natural has not responded.
What's Included
Our brides have 5 days (from the moment they receive their shipment) to return their item for any reason. Our return policy is valid on all of our items shipped within the contiguous United States - including new, sample, and used wedding dresses and jumpsuits - for a $50 return fee (per item)*.
What's Not Included
Purchases shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are final sale)
Buyer Return Process
If provided, all other items or attachments shipped with the purchased dress must be included with your return. This includes items such as belts, veils, detachable sleeves, bows, or any designer packaging like authenticity cards, price tags, dust bags, garment bags, etc.
Acceptable Wear & Tear
Even a brand new item may show gentle signs of being handled. When a dress is tried on or packaged/unpackaged to ship, it is reasonable to expect some signs of acceptable wear and tear during these actions.
