And according to our reporting from April 2021, customers' odds of winning an individual shuffle are just 0.01 percent. Given the steady erosion of GPU prices in general, it has often cheaper to purchase a new graphics card from eBay than through the Newegg Shuffle.
Can I return a Newegg shuffle?
Refund: $50 To get a full refund, you must return the entire combo. If the combo discount is greater than the price of the item, you will not be able to refund that item by itself (the refund amount would be negative). It must be returned with other items of value.
How strict is Newegg return policy?

Why does Newegg combo?
To help combat against bots and scalpers, Newegg implemented combo deals that have GPUs in them, so you could get a GPU and some RAM or a PSU for a markup on top of the GPU. Previously, you could return the extra items if you did not need it, but Newegg is cutting that off to the ire of many Newegg customers.
How long do Newegg returns take?
Refunds are made to the same payment method that you used on your order. Refunds take about 3-5 business days to complete after an order is canceled or a return is processed. The exact time frame may be different depending on your bank and payment method.
How do you stop restocking fees on Newegg?
Look for items on Newegg that are stamped with the “30-Day Hassle-Free Returns” badge. Those are the only products that comes with NO restocking fee and a free return label, even on products that you OPENED.
Do yourself a favor and never use New egg
Placed an order for a graphics card. The next day I try to log on to my new egg account and it says my account is unavailable because it was blocked. Then I look at the order number for my graphics card and it says the order was voided for no reason. However, my card was still charged and I had to actually ask them for a refund.
Do not order from Newegg
I ordered my wife a graphics card and it was sent to the wrong address. Customer support is telling me PayPal auto filled the address and PayPal says I would have to select the address to use. The address they used was one that has never been in my PayPal account and has only ever been in my Newegg account.
Buyer Beware
My brother bought a laptop from Newegg and wanted to return it. Newegg would not accept the return because the serial number is not in their system. It is the EXACT same model and we have the package with tracking on it. So we received the “package” we ordered but conveniently has a different serial number that they don’t have.
Anyone ever have Newegg cancel an order just to increase the price right after?
I tried ordering an item for $250 on both the Newegg site AND their Ebay store and had my order cancelled on both of them. I check again today and the item I was interested in is $100 more than it was yesterday LOL
Scalper DDR5 on eBay is cheaper than Newegg's bullshit combos
I snagged a CL36 5600 kit today for $550, the same price as Newegg's cheapest bundle with a PSU, usual bundles are >$700. Scalper suck but monopolistic abuse and spurious e-waste creation are worse. Just FYI.

Newegg CS sucks
Just wanted to rant: I ordered two of those FAR Enermax fans for my rig on black friday, but one started making this horrible buzzing sound. I contact newegg, and they set up an exchange. Of course, I'm worried that I have to mail in the rebate by 12/19, but the CS representative says "if you unable redeem rebate you can contact back.

Won a shuffle, bought a card, account suspended
I was elated today to get lucky and win a newegg shuffle. Bought a combo with a 3080 ti. Got a confirmation email. Went to check the app to see order status later today and it logged me out and told me my account has been suspended for "your account security reason." What is my account security reason?

Package came from Newegg (CPU) with the box partially torn off and lo and behold the CPU is missing with only the stock fan in the package.
Shipping Disaster Newegg EVO
Never going to order from NewEgg again. Totally botched the EVO pre-order with zero recourse for the customers they are screwing over. Pre-ordered my case back on Dec 19th. Case was released on the 1/15 and was delayed to 1/19, ok delays happen no big deal. Newegg doesn't print a label until 1/28, ok, crap happens delays happen.

I returned a motherboard and I just got off a call with customer support and they said it was processed but I never got an email confirming that.
