Can you return NuFACE?
NuFACE devices can be returned within 60-days of purchase, and NuFACE Primers & Skin Care can be returned within 30-days. Refreshed NuFACE devices, attachments and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
How long does a NuFACE machine last?

Can you use your NuFACE twice a day?
A: NuFACE devices are safe and gentle enough for everyday use, either morning or night. We recommend using NuFACE devices once in a 24-hour period, for 5-20 minutes per treatment.
Can NuFACE cause heart palpitations?

Is NuFACE a gimmick?
The NuFACE works. It is a truly effective non-invasive method for dealing with fine lines and sagging skin. However, the technology is not stable enough for me to recommend any of their products.
Can you overuse NuFACE?
It tones and contours and helps with everything from sagging to fine lines. Microcurrent, too, is basically impossible to overuse and you will see instant and dramatic results. NuFACE is the leader in microcurrent technology and our device of choice at Skin MPLS.

Can I use retinol after NuFACE?
NuFACE touts themselves as being “The 5-Minute Facial Lift,” so it's an easy and fast add-on to any regimen. I chose to work my treatments into my evening regimen after washing my face and before applying a retinol. The NuFACE Trinity device is pretty straightforward and simple to use.

Can microcurrent damage eyes?

Can NuFACE cause broken capillaries?
Be careful! This device broke capillaries in several areas of my face and under my jaw. The precautions in the owners manual say to avoid any areas with existing broken caps, so I did that.

Warranty Policy
This policy is applicable to GCC purchases only: NuFACE will replace authentic devices and attachments eligible for warranty service with merchandise of equal or better quality. Every new device includes a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.

How to know if Nuface is working?
You should feel a “pinch” or “stinging” sensation which indicates your NuFACE is working properly. TIP: If you start out feeling no sensation, but during the treatment you begin to feel the current, the NuFACE Primer layer may be drying or too thin.
How often should I use Nuface?
NuFACE devices are safe and gentle enough for everyday use, either morning or night. We recommend using NuFACE devices once in a 24-hour period, for 5-20 minutes per treatment. For the first 60 days we recommend using NuFACE 5 times per week; after 60 days or after desired results are met, we recommend 2-3 times per week for maintenance. ...
How long to charge Nuface Mini?
Place your NuFACE Mini on a counter or table top, away from any source of water. Charge your NuFACE Mini device for 16 hours before the first use. The blue lights will increasingly illuminate, indicating that your device is charging. The blue lights will stay illuminated when the device is charged.
What is Nuface gel primer?
NuFACE Gel Primers as they are specifically formulated to deliver the best results with the NuFACE Trinity Facial Trainer and NuFACE Mini devices. Gel Primers are what actually conduct the microcurrent and are necessary for treatment. Without the Primer, the current is not penetrating the skin.

Why does my nuface flash?
A common reaction is a perception of flashing lights during your NuFACE treatment, resulting from the stimulation of the optic nerve. If you notice this condition constantly and when not using your NuFACE device, please consult your doctor.
Can you use Nuface Trinity ELE if you are pregnant?
The NuFACE Trinity ELE is contraindicated against and should not be used if you are under 18, are pregnant, have a pacemaker and/or electronic implanted device, have epilepsy/seizures or active cancer. Do not use over suspicious or cancerous lesions. Do not use over swollen, inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
