Does NuMe have a warranty?

All NuMe hair styling tools, except for accessories and hair care products, have a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

How long does NuMe take to ship?

2-7 business daysFor US orders, transit time will take anywhere from 2-7 business days (depending on your location and your shipping method of choice). For International orders, transit time can take anywhere from 15-25 business days for standard APC shipping.

We ship our packages using either USPS First Class Mail, UPS, DHL Express, or OnTrac (DHL & OnTrac both switch to USPS for the last mile of the route). We're asking our customers to please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates & delivery for domestic orders (this does not include weekends or holidays).
