All NuMe hair styling tools, except for accessories and hair care products, have a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

15 to 25 daysOrders shipped internationally will usually be delivered in 15 to 25 days - additional delays may occur during the holidays. International orders take longer because they must pass customs before reaching the final carrier. We ship using APC, followed by local shipping agents.

We ship our packages using either USPS First Class Mail, UPS, DHL Express, or OnTrac (DHL & OnTrac both switch to USPS for the last mile of the route). We're asking our customers to please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates & delivery for domestic orders (this does not include weekends or holidays).

NuMe does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
