If you purchased an item from our online men’s, women’s or dog ranges before 14 th March 2022, you will need to contact our customer services team on 0333 400 4188, or email customerservice@orvis.co.uk to arrange your return. You can also return your item to an Orvis store (excluding Stockbridge Fishing Store), find your nearest store.
