One thing that we occasionally run into is that a buyer may have issues with the plans they bought and their local building codes. We do not want this to happen to you.
Are you looking to have modifications made?
We often find that users wish to return plans because they may be missing small features that they originally didn’t consider before buying the plans, why they are therefore finding themselves fully capable of actually using the house plans that they bought with some alterations to them.
Can I get a consultation to be sure I am having the right changes made?
Yes, you can get a 30 minute phone conference that will cost $50 which we charge to cover the research and time that goes into every single request we receive. There is unfortunately no easy solution, and ensuring that you build your dream home requires that we properly understand what it is you want to have done.
How long will it take to modify house plans?
Your preliminary house plans will usually be done within two to four weeks. Those preliminary drawings include the understanding of the changes that you proposed, and we will require that you approve those before we proceed making the final files that include the alterations.
Should these modifications cost me more than the house plans did?
The modifications will usually cost more than the floor plans themselves, because you can’t simply make the required changes in minutes. Although it may seem easy when you are describing it, what started out as a request for a smaller change can have other unintended effects that affect all the other areas of the design.

Customer service - non-existent
Last year when I ordered it took a couple months at least to turn up in the UK. This year - it's been a month since I ordered but I can't even track my order. They gave me a tracking number for DHL - who says it's not a valid number.
Could communicate a bit more with customers, but over all great company
I used passion planner for years. I started out with their free digital downloads which i used in a 3 ring binder. Finally I bought one of their undated planners in a beautiful shade of green. I loved it! While I sometimes wish the pages were more colorful (instead of black and white), I love that most of my pens do not bleed through the page.

The moment the 2021-2022 academic planners dropped, I placed my order! The shipping was quicker than I expected - I’ve gotten so used to delayed shipping during the pandemic, I think. I was sad to see that the wrong planner had arrived and reached out to customer support to see what could be done to fix it.

There was a mix-up with my order and the Passion Planner folks fixed it right away in kind a swift manner! I bought a planner for my boyfriend and one of my best friends because it has been hands down the most helpful planner I've ever used. My only suggestion is finding a more economical shipping option for Alaska.
