I really liked the chairs that went along with Hooker Table, which were sold a la carte or as a complete set with the table.

Design and selection

I first discovered Perigold when I was looking for a dining room table that was similar in style to what I'd find on Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn. After I stumbled on the site, I started browsing its many offerings.

Order and delivery

My whole experience with Perigold, from placing my order to delivery, was absolutely seamless. Less than a week after my order was placed, I received a call to schedule delivery, which was set up for a few days later. Some items, depending on their size and delivery type, can even be delivered in just a few days.

Shipping and return policies

Something else I was immediately drawn to was the free, all-inclusive delivery and assembly. Many other furniture companies and stores charge extra for delivery, box removal, and assembly. For an item this large, it would be nearly impossible to set it up on my own.

The bottom line

If you are shopping for high-end furniture, start your search at Perigold. I'd definitely recommend Perigold for anyone who's looking to furnish their home with luxury pieces at reasonable prices and without going to showrooms either.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a tray and it came without one of the pads on the bottom. I contacted customer support and they immediately responded and they sent out a replacement to me. They were focused on not inconveniencing me which I very much appreciate. I will buy from them again.

This is an awful company

This is an awful company. They return policy is terrible. If there was a below one star I would have given it. I bought a mirror. First it came late. Then the guy put it on a wet floor where and it was rained on. They said I can return it but have to pay for shipping on something that was not my fault. The shipping is astronomical.

This is Wayfair by another name, don’t be fooled. Poor delivery and poor quality. I’d recommend West Elm or Restoration Hardware for real quality furniture.

Do not buy here! They treat customers terrible!!!

Ordered tile and they shipped the incorrect one. Taking a month for them to ship the correct tile. Refused to try and get tile to me faster even since it was their error. This is just a glorified Wayfair. I would avoid. Terrible customer service with absolutely zero concern for the customer.

Delay in shipping, very bad customer service

We placed an order for a lighting fixture in April of 2020, and the original lead time was 2-3 weeks, we received an email from Perigold in June to inform us that the item got lost during transition, and the replacement will be shipped shortly. The item was never delivered.
