Does Peter Millar have free returns?

Return Postage: We provide a complimentary return shipping label for returns made within the 60 day window for regular price merchandise and 30 days for sale items. If an exception is made for a return outside the return window, the responsibility of the return shipping will be that of the customer.

Option 1: Please use the prepaid DPD label included, write your 8 digit PO number on the label, peel the label off & stick it on the parcel, removing or covering any old labels. Visit www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator to find your nearest Pickup shop & drop off your parcel when convenient, you'll then be given a receipt for tracking purposes. If you are based in the EU please contact us to arrange a collection on your behalf.

How long does it take to get a refund on a full price item?

Full Price Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Can you return Peter Millar?

We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for return or exchange cannot be washed, worn, or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from Peter Millar stores or third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops, or specialty retail stores). Additionally, for reasons of health & hygiene safety we are unable to exchange or refund underwear or swimwear items once purchased unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
