Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be odor-free. Retail packaging must be unblemished (no creases, split or damage of any kind). Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer.

BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a deep wave headband wig. It is supposed to be human hair. Tried it on and it was lopsided. There were short curls on one side. Also there were orange coarsr strands throughout the wig. And it was thin maybe 130%.So the wig looked like a mop in my head. Emailed them. They are in China so they respond between 1am-5am the next day.

Scam I bought three wigs and it wasn't what I order
I order three wigs on New Year's Eve I finally got the wigs when I open up the package they were not the wigs that I ordered and they were shipped to me so I am returning them I will never do business with love me here again because I am so disappointed I had to go to the store and purchase a wig and then make no sense because I spent money with you all.

These people really know about hair. I guess where most people go wrong is not reading the description of each unit. You have to read and make sure what you want is what you are selecting. I have been buying from them for over a year and I am never disappointed. The colors are vibrant and every u it can be styled how you want it.

To whom it may concern, I wasn't pleased with my hair. It's nothing like the advertisement and I regret buying it. I have gotten better results with a cheaper synthetic wig. I feel like I really wasted my money.😌
