How hard is it to return a Layla mattress?
If you don't love your Layla Mattress™, it's very easy to return. You do not need to package and ship the mattress back to us. We'll donate your mattress to a charitable organization and it will be picked up from you.
How long does it take for a Layla pillow to expand?
around 24 hoursThe pillow is shipped in a small box and takes around 24 hours to fully expand once you remove it from its packaging. During this time, you may notice an off-gassing odor. Simply allow the pillow to breathe in a well-ventilated room or outdoor area before you sleep on it.
Is Layla mattress toxic?

How long before I can sleep on a hybrid mattress?
Waiting 24-48 hours is standard for a memory foam mattress to completely take on its full shape. The reason for this instruction is to cover the manufacturer's responsibility. They prefer customers to wait 24 hours to allow for the expansion process to be completed.
How long should I let my mattress expand?
Sometimes it only takes a few hours, but other times it can take up to 48 hours to fully expand. The safe and easy rule we follow is to just eye-ball it. Once your mattress looks fluffy and comfortable, it's safe to sleep on and that's usually on the first night.
