What is the Kroger arbitration?
19.1 RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS OR DISPUTES. Any claim or dispute between you and Kroger arising out of or relating in any way to the Terms, the Service, your purchase of the products, or use of the products must be resolved through final, binding arbitration. This arbitration obligation applies regardless of whether the claim or dispute involves a warranty, tort, fraud, misrepresentation, product liability, negligence, violation of a statute, or any other legal theory.
How to dispute a Kroger claim?

If any product in your order for which you have paid is missing from the items you received please contact the store from which you picked up or placed your order, the address and telephone number of which appears on the receipt you receive with your order and/or by email. At the store’s option the missing items will be made available to you for pickup or will be delivered to you instead of offering you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the payment card used to purchase the order.

Does Kroger accept digital coupons?

What is Delivery and how does it work?
Delivery is one of our online ordering services. You can shop online for the products you need and get them delivered to your doorstep the same day. Planning ahead? You can also choose a time slot for the next day or later.
Are there fees for using Delivery?
Yes, there is a service fee which can range from $9.95 to $11.95 depending upon your location. This fee is applied to your order at the time it’s placed.
Can I add a prescription to my Delivery order?
At this time, prescriptions cannot be added to Delivery orders. However, we are working to add this capability in the future.
Why isn’t Delivery an option for me?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide Delivery to all our customers at this time but we’re always evaluating new locations. We do our best to inform customers if and when new locations become available .
What kinds of products can I buy through the Delivery service?
You can shop for over 70,000 items online! And we’re adding more products all the time.
Do you accept coupons for Delivery?
While we can’t accept paper coupons on Delivery orders , we do accept digital coupons! Digital coupons can be clipped online and are automatically applied to your order. You’ll see discounts either at the time of delivery or in the form of an online payment adjustment within 48 hours. Orders placed through Delivery online will earn points towards fuel rewards.
How do I modify a submitted order for next day delivery?

By purchasing used tires from us, you agree to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer. Tires may be returned and exchanged for replacement tires only if the tires have not been driven on and you return them within three (3) days from the date of purchase.
Is the thrift store final?
All sales of builders and items from the thrift store are final.

Environmental Fees. When you buy from Pick-n-Pull, your receipt will include an Environmental Fee. This charge helps offset some of the costs of handling and legally disposing hazardous materials commonly found in automobiles and other vehicles.
