Absolute scam! They say that they are in Seattle, but it definitely is overseas. Do NOT buy from here. Any site that doesn't give shipping estimates is definitely going to get you. That's my fault for moving forward.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a hoodie in November. Says it shipped in December. As of February never came. Contacted them they basically said it was my problem. They had my money and in now way tried to help. Basically called me a liar saying I did receive it even with proof I did not.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the WORST company I have ever contacted. I received the incorrect merchandise, contacted them to make a return (they don’t do returns but will do replacements) and was issued a replacement order #. The replacement never came. When I contacted them about the status of the replacement they told me that they canceled and refunded it.

Super sad when I got my package and noticed I got the wrong size and there was no way to return it. Grey was able to help me get a different size and now I just have to wait for the new sweater to come! I’m excited and happy, thank you so much Greg you are the best!
