What is the return policy for rain products?

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from rains.com. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered.

How do I return or exchange an order at rains?

Please bring the delivery note or invoice to the store. For products bought from an authorized Rains dealer, please reach out to the corresponding dealer for refund / exchange. Orders placed between Nov-Dec 2021 can be returned by 31 Jan 2022. Exchange requests will only be accepted in Jan 2022 for orders placed between Nov-Dec 2021.

What is rains'return policy for the holidays?

Extended return term for the Holidays: All orders made from rains.com during November and December can be returned by the 31st of January, 2020. Refund requests for online purchases cannot be fulfilled in our physical Rains Stores. However, we are always happy to offer an exchange for a different product, color or size.

Complaints & Faulty Delivered Goods

Products purchased via our webshop are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you have received a faulty item, we will offer a replacement of the item or offer you refund of your purchase. If you make a claim of your purchase within the 2-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping. We will refund your shipping costs for returning the faulty item. If you have received the wrong product or size, we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct product. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item..

Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your package is on the way. If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, it is your responsibility to contact Rains.

Promotion

Our offers are only available for a limited period while supplies last. Rains reserves the right to stop these offers without prior notice. If a product is purchased online or in store prior to going on promotion, we are unable to refund the difference in price.

How long does it take for Rails to refund?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! RAILS will gladly refund or exchange any full price item within 30 days of purchase. For your convenience, we provide one (1) FREE shipping label per order for all domestic returns.

How long does it take for a refund to appear in your account?

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for funds to appear in your account after your refund has been completed.

Can you return a 30% off discount code?

Items purchased on sale or using a 30% off discount code may be returned for store credit ONLY. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit .
