If you’re not 100% happy with your Wish order, you can request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please submit a request through Wish Assistant and we’ll get straight to work on your refund.

All deliveries are protected by our Money Back Guarantee. If your item does not arrive by the Refund Eligible Date indicated in your Order History, you can contact us directly to submit your refund request within 30 days.
Refund Processing Times
If you are asked to return your item, you will receive an automatic refund once it is delivered and scanned into one of our warehouses. To view the details of your refund, please refer to your order details in your Order History.
Refund Amount
If you’re returning your item and it’s been received by the merchant or at one of our warehouses , your refund or credit for the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees will be returned to the original method of payment (subject to certain exceptions, as explained in the next paragraph).
How to return Wish items?
To initiate the return process to Wish, you need to contact customer support via the app or web. If you’re using the app, here’s what you need to do: Open the app menu. Hit Order History. Select the item that you would like to return.
How long do you have to return a wish?
The Gist of the Wish Return Policy. If you want to return an item to Wish, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. This applies even if the item was delivered to you late. You are eligible for a refund if you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, but you may have to provide photographic proof and return the item.

The Wish Returns Program supports merchants in reducing non-logistics-related refund rates and reclaiming refunded products. Specifically, data has shown that merchants participating in the Wish Returns Program have 30% lower post-delivery refund rate than those not participating in the program.
How to enable returns on Wish?

Can merchants enroll in bulk?
Merchants have the option to either enroll products for Returns individually, or in bulk. Note that if merchants use the bulk-enroll option, this will update the Returns settings for all of their eligible products with logistics information, including any that are already enrolled for Returns.
