HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Complete the Return Form located on the back of your printed Order Summary that came with your order. Include the completed Return Form in your package, along with the item (s), and follow the shipping instructions to begin the return process.
I LIKE MY GEAR BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT DO I DO?
Exchanges are processed as new orders. Follow the return process and then place a new order for the size or color you need. Shipping charges may apply to new orders.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, Ruffwear will issue credit for the return within two business days. Credits may take up to five business days to post to your account once you send back your item. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
