Most items purchased on sallybeauty.ca can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery to the sallybeauty.ca fulfillment center, or to your local Sally Beauty store with a few exceptions: Merchandise purchased at a Sally Beauty store cannot be returned by mail.

Can you return Sally Beauty merchandise?

Can you get a credit for shipping if it was damaged?

General Information. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days upon receipt. All merchandise must be in brand new condition, unused and with all tags intact and attached to item, original sales receipt must be returned with item. You can not return used merchandise.
