Most items purchased on sallybeauty.com may be returned to our sallybeauty.com fulfillment center or to your local Sally Beauty Store. In general, your return should meet these guidelines: Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories.
Can you return hair color to Sallys?
Sally Beauty has a Love it or Return it Policy that covers hair color. You may return your new, used or empty hair color containers with receipt dated within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.
