If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return any unembroidered items in original condition within 60 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores or online.

What is a collection?
A Collection is a small assortment of products with the same fit, feel, and fabric. An example of a Collection is Grey's Anatomy Impact Collection or Infinity Collection by Cherokee. There is no guarantee that items listed under the same Brand name will be an exact color match.

How long does it take to get a refund from a bank?
