Horrible customer service
Hey, story time. I've wanted a new good gaming chair for a while. I was using an amazon classic and wanted to upgrade. I was saving money but secretlab seemed well out of my budget. For my birthday, my parents very generously gave me the money I needed to afford the new titan evo.
Loving this chair. Seriously. Here for the two year extra warranty. But also, quick review

I bought an XL and a Regular, the Regular arrived defective, from the lumbar support noise to the damaged lock/tilt mechanism, everything was in bad condition, almost used. The XL is nearly perfect, however the lumbar noise is getting a bit loud.

As the owner of a Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 "XL version" gaming chair, I found a small manufacturing defect intolerable due to the position of the button to widen the distance between the armrests. In fact, this button has been designed in an internal position and every time I end up catching us with my legs or pelvis and changing the settings.
