Does Shipt penalize you for declining orders?
If you decline the order, you are penalized for not accepting the order. Lates hurt you as a Shopper worse than declines, so it's better to decline and make a customer wait, than to accept and try to get order to customer as soon as possible.
Does Shipt remind customers to tip?
If you skip tipping during checkout, you'll be able to add one after your shopper delivers, as usual. You'll receive a notification if you have them turned on, and be prompted to tip and rate your shopper the next time you open the Shipt app.
Can you get kicked off Shipt?
Absolutely! As an independent contractor, you have complete control over your schedule. If you want to take a break, be it for a short or long period of time, you can do that with no trouble. That flexibility is one of the many benefits of working as a Shipt Shopper!

How much is target Shipt membership?

How long does Shipt keep payment information?
In the event your account is terminated, the payment information you have associated with your account may retained by Shipt for up to ninety (90) days after the date of termination. All other account information will be retained for up to six (6) months after the date of termination.

Example include, without limitation, sending sexually explicit messages through the Site, using obscene or abusive language, assaulting or in any way touching a Shopper without consent, romantically propositioning Shoppers who are providing services through the Site, or disclosing personal information of Shoppers without consent.
Does Shipt offer PPO delivery passes?
Shipt offers credits to users that may be redeemed in exchange for PPO deliveries (“Delivery Passes”). One Delivery Pass is valid for one Shipt PPO delivery. PPO users may pre-purchase multiple Delivery Passes at once, when and pursuant to terms offered by Shipt.
Can I use Shipt without a membership?
Shipt users may choose to access Shipt services without signing up for a Shipt membership by selecting Shipt Pay Per Order (“PPO”). PPO permits members to avoid a monthly or yearly membership fee. In exchange, Shipt will charge a per-order delivery fee (“PPO Fee”). The amount of the PPO Fee may vary based on location.
Does Shipt store keep your driver's license?
Please be aware that Shipt and Shoppers do not reta in any information from your driver’s license.
Does Shipt sell alcohol?
Shipt may offer information and a method to connect duly licensed, participating retailers to you to purchase alcohol beverages. Shipt does not, and does not intend to, make sales of alcohol beverages. Each participating retailer is the seller of record for the particular products it promotes on Shipt and sells to you.
Does Shipt renew automatically?
Shipt memberships renew automatically. Shipt will process payment for your first Shipt membership fee, and thereafter will automatically process your payment each subsequent membership term. Your Shipt membership will remain in effect until it is cancelled. Please see “Cancellation and Member Refunds” for more.
