I ordered a pair of shoes may 23 2020 and immediately got a response saying it was on back order. I kept checking the order status and called but no one answers the phone # provided. I emailed several times and never got a response.

Ordered shoes from www.shoemall.com and was very disappointed with the poor quality! And size was also incorrect. So I decided to return the shoes in order to get a refund. I contacted ShoeMall and they gave me nothing but headache. It was very difficult to communicate with these people and at first they even told that refund was not possible.
