The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Simmons® mattress or foundation including faults in materials and workmanship. Replacement of one piece due to manufacturing defect does not automatically result in the replacement of any other piece, even if purchased as a set.

How many centimeters between mattress slats?
If the mattress will be used without a foundation or box spring (ie: most likely with a platform bed), you will need to add a solid platform on top of any open slatted mattress support system that has spaces between the slats that are greater than 2 inches or 5 centimeters. The use of a mattress protector is suggested to help prevent accidents, spills or just to keep your mattress clean.
Can you use a heating pad on a mattress?
If your mattress contains memory (viscoelastic) foam, do not use a heating pad or electric blanket. Refer to your mattress law tag for contents of your mattress.
Is there a weight limit on a mattress?
No, there is no weight limit for these mattresses. The frame/support underneath the mattress would yield prior to damage occurring to the mattress.

What happens if Simmons mattress fails?
If your Simmons® mattress or foundation fails due to a manufacturing defect, the exclusive remedy under this warranty will be replacement of the defective product. If the Simmons® product you purchased is discontinued at the time of replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected.

How to clean a mattress that is soiled?
The only acceptable spot cleaning method is to apply baking soda to the soiled area, let it stand about 15 minutes, vacuum, and repeat as needed. Air the product out as must as possible. DO NOT remove the mattress cover, even if it has a zipper. If the mattress cover is removed, the warranty is voided.

Support systems with slats spaced LESS than 2” apart must include a head-to-foot lengthwise center support with at least one centrally-located leg that extends to the floor.
Does a mattress warranty extend?

Can you replace a sleep system with a warranty?
