Personalized product orders originate in Nairobi, Kenya, where your products are handmade and packaged. Processing time for personalized and pre-order items may take longer, please reference the product page for more information.
U.S. Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags, in its original packaging accompanied by the sale confirmation.
