Can you return from Studs?
We offer full refunds or exchanges for fashion jewelry within 21 days of purchase. You can process a return or exchange here, or by visiting one of our Studios. Email us at heystud@studs.com if you have any questions and we will get you taken care of!
Can earrings be returned?
Earrings, make-up and toiletries: these items can't be returned for hygiene reasons and this may be extended to items such as underwear and swimwear.
Can you return body jewelry?
RETURNS. Item must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the Delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original sealed packaging.
How long is Zales return policy?
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase(shipped) date. You may exchange jewelry within 60 days and watches within 30 days. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, ear piercing earrings, gift cards and merchandise received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan.
Can you get a refund on a piercing?
If you have suffered any adverse consequences because a piercing has gone wrong, then you may be entitled to make a claim for compensation. Making a claim will not only compensate you but can assist in preventing your body piercer from injuring others in the future.
Can I return Pandora earrings?
PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.

In interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings or real body jewelry unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

What can I do?" There is an excellent chance that we can replace it. However, we will need the earring you still have returned to us to create match. We will charge you 50% of the current cost of the pair plus $7 shipping and handling. You can arrange this by phone or email.

Simply return your purchase at any KAY (or any Sterling Family of Jewelers location) or return your online purchase by mail up to 30 days after your purchase was shipped. If you'd rather exchange your purchase for something new, great!

Returning resized or repaired rings will depend on the company, but many will allow it as long as there is no other signs of wear and it is returned within the specified return period. Always approach the relator about any repairs necessary before looking elsewhere.
Can I return earrings to Tesco?
