Can I return an item purchased from superdown?
Items purchased from Superdown are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. Only items that are specifically marked as FINAL SALE (on product page and invoice) cannot be returned.

What is the return policy for special orders?
Special orders of 3 or more dresses in one style will be final sale. If you are interested in a particular style, we encourage you to order an in-stock size in the style, if available, before special ordering. During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.
Is superdown cheaper than revolve?
Even though it’s much more affordable than what’s found on Revolve, for some, Superdown is still out of their price range. That said, Superdown does have year-round sales, as they are always bringing out new styles. On top of that, they offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50, as well as free domestic returns.
Does Superdown have free returns?
Returns are super easy! All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).

How long does it take to return a bridal gown?
BRIDAL GOWNS. All bridal gowns may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns on any bridal gowns after 30 days. Bridal gowns must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached.
How long does it take to get a refund from Amazon?
We will accept returns within 60 days for a full refund and within 90 days for an exchange. If your order was placed before the month of March 2020 you have 30 days to return for a full refund and 60 days for an exchange.
Where can I drop off my FedEx package?
Drop your package at a UPS/FedEx location (determined by your return label) without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.
