How do I return a Tempur-Pedic mattress?
If you purchased directly through us (online, by phone, or in a Tempur-Pedic only Flagship store locations) you may return mattresses within the 90-night trial period. The 90-night trial period does not apply toward closeout/final sale mattresses or other products.

Mattresses purchased through Tempur-Pedic directly (online, by phone, or in a Tempur-Pedic only Flagship Store) have a 90-night trial. We recommend trying out your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow it to soften to it's true feel.
What is the warranty on my Tempur-Pedic power base?
TEMPUR-Ease, TEMPUR-Ergo and TEMPUR-Extend power bases have a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. If you experience problems with your power base, call us 800-821-6621 to talk to the Tempur-Pedic specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.
How long do you have to return a Tempur-Pedic?
We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don't love your new mattress, call us at 800-821-6621. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can't find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges.
What happens to the Tempur-Pedic mattresses that are returned?
Most returned mattresses go through the wash and are then donated to local charities or “upcycled for use in our pop-up experiences.”
Does Tempur-Pedic have a guarantee?
Your new Tempur-Pedic® mattress and flat foundation are covered by a 10-Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress or foundation from Tempur-Pedic or an authorized Tempur-Pedic Retailer, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it.

The short answer is yes. You can put a mattress topper on top of a memory foam mattress to adjust your sleeping environment to your liking.
What happens if you flip a memory foam mattress?
No, you shouldn't flip your memory foam mattress. This is because the memory foam layer is only on the top of your mattress, not on the underside. If you flip it over, you won't enjoy the benefits of the memory foam. Additionally, the underside isn't suitable to sleep on and won't feel comfortable!
