The OUTNET is fraudulent - beware
The OUTNET have been sitting on my money for over two months and everytime I speak to them, they say they are processing the refund, it will be with me this week. But it isn’t. This is theft, please stay away from the company and I am going to seek legal recourse, not just for the money but also for the emotional distress

RETURNS: As with many others, I find The Outnet’s customer service absolutely appalling. They have been in receipt of my goods, unworn & in perfect condition, for weeks & still, there’s been no credit made! Shocking! I will never use them again, regardless of the great products & prices!!!
Appalling refund
I returned my items totalling £2633 on 3 December 2021. I received an email from Outnet on the 23 December confirming that £2633 will be refunded to my account within 10 business days. I checked my account daily and the refund did not hit my account. I contacted Outnet initially and was advised to contact my bank as the refund was made.
Terrible Returns
It has been an absolute nightmare trying to return items to the Outnet. I made 2 orders in late November, sent returns back in mid-december for both orders which were both returned to me due to issues at customs. One of the parcels went missing as UPS just left it 'at the front door' whilst no one was in to answer.
I'd give zero stars if I could
My experience is the same as so many people who have provided their reviews. I placed an order, it took weeks to despatch. I cancelled the order and low and behold I get an email minutes later to say it was on its way. Items were unsuitable so returned them the every same day, followed the returns to the letter, 3 copies etc.

My experience of this company is that not only do they not deliver, but they do not refund either. I ordered on the 6th Jan with a delivery date of the 10th Jan, called as I had not received, someone said they would get back to me but didn't.
Awful customer service
Great products but awful customer service. Generic responses to all emails without actually reading them. UPS lost the paperwork for the return and now the item is lost but customer service take no ownership for the problem. I had to get a refund via my credit card in the end. Such a shame as it was a good company a few years ago
