Does the Snow warranty cover cosmetic damage?
The warranty covers working parts that affect the primary function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify SNOW during the warranty period, SNOW will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge.

If purchased from authorized retail stores, or authorized online retail partners: If you purchased your SNOW product (s) from an authorized seller; and an exchange or replacement or refund is desired, you will need to visit the original point of sale and adhere to their policies.

TO BE AVOIDED!!! I have placed 3 different orders and all 3 orders are not delivered after more than a week. On the website it says 3-4 days. I tried to contact the site (which has no phone number) and they told me to be patient.

Amazing gear for a good price. I got the Yeti Jacket. It’s warm and incredibly comfortable. I love the different patterns/colors offered and the price is super reasonable. My jacket came very quickly and I’m beyond happy with my purchase!
Life long coat
I bought a coat/snow jacket. The material and overall look aof the jacket is exquisite. Best coat I've ever bought and will be a life long coat. I dont write reviews but I went out of my way to write a long email thanking them for their detailed description of the coat and my overall happiness.
DOPE! Jacket and pants
I bought the Akin Jacket and pants to match. Before i bought I shopped around like crazy, everything was either super expensive, or cheap and horrible reviews. Dope brand is new, so a lot of people go to the reviews to see how it is. Well its awesome! The gear is durable, lightweight and built for the mountain.

Frayed snowboard pants
Bought a pair of snowboard pants from them. Literally wore it 2x's and washed it once. There were frays by the shin. I contacted them about this and their response was that since I already wore it, they wouldn't be able to give me a replacement pants. I understand that quality control is not always 100%.
