Can you get a refund on achieve?
General refund policies If you purchased access to a digital product (eg. Launchpad, Achieve, FlipIt), you can receive a full refund within two weeks of purchase if you have not accessed (viewed or printed) or submitted more than 20% of the content or assignments.

Are UF buildings open on weekends?

How do I get a refund from 1 UF?
Students are required to sign up for Direct Deposit to receive refunds. Please complete the online direct deposit authorization by logging into ONE. UF and selecting: View My Account > Related Links > Sign up for Direct Deposit-Refunds.
How long does it take to get refund from UF?
Direct Deposit refunds are processed two times per week. This is the fastest and most secure method for receiving refunds. Paper check refunds could take up to 14 days to process.
What is a financial aid refund payback?
Another non-tuition charge students may see on their account is a Financial Aid Refund Payback charge. These charges are entered when the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships makes an adjustment to a student's financial aid package, which results in repayment for a refund previously disbursed.
What is financial aid refund IV?
If you withdraw from the university and have received financial aid, any refundable amount of your institutional charges (tuition and fees and/or university housing costs) may be returned to the appropriate financial aid sources.

Returning Materials by Mail
If you will not be returning to campus, please make arrangements to mail material back to the University of Florida on or before the current due date listed on your library account. Pack returns in a box or padded mailer.
Is Ubookstore made to order?
Made-to-order items ship out directly from the vendors and are only available for purchase at ubookstore.com. All made-to-order items will have an additional message above the price informing you that it is made-to-order, as well as additional information in the product description. Made-to-order items are exempt from the Pack Rewards discount.
Do you need receipts for refunds?
Receipts are required for all refunds. Course materials must be in purchased condition for a full refund. Un-activated eBooks and rental fees are refundable under the same timelines as course materials purchases.

"General books" includes bestsellers, staff picks, campus-related books, and a wide range of fiction and non-fiction titles. You’ll find many more general books online than in your campus bookstore.
Availability of Merchandise
Our goal is to provide you with all the products and services on the website. On rare occasions, some items and services may not be available at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
Abandoned Orders
Orders are considered “Abandoned” if the order has not been picked up within 21 days of the order being placed, or the start of classes (whichever occurred most recently). The campus store will make at least one attempt, via phone call or email, to contact the customer during this period of time to inquire about picking up the order.
What happens to UF bookstore charges?
Charges from your purchases at the bookstore will be placed on your student account and will be paid when your financial aid disburses. Students will be responsible for any unpaid UF Bookstore charges on their accounts after financial aid has disbursed.
Does UF Bookstore have deferred payment?
UF Bookstore. The Bookstore Deferred Payment Program is not additional funding for books. In stead, students can purchase books and supplies at the UF Bookstore before financial aid disburses, but will use financial aid funds that have already been awarded to pay for these charges.
How long does it take to get an eBook back?
eBooks are refundable within 14 days of the customer accessing the content, or 30 days after the purchase is made (without customer accessing the content), whichever occurs first.
What to include when returning a refund?
Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase details.
What is Textbook Rental?
You can rent many of the textbooks you need for the semester, then return them at the end of the term. And, at any point if you decide you want to buy the book or rent it longer, no worry – these options are available for most books.
How Do I Rent?
It's simple. Search for your course and section (if applicable), select the rental items available for your course, and add them to your shopping cart. During checkout you’ll be prompted to provide rental collateral (e.g. a credit card) and sign the rental agreement.

When is the Rental Return Date?
The rental return date is established so you can use the book for the entire term. To avoid any late fees, we ask that you return all rented books to the bookstore by the return date on your receipt or packing slip. We'll send you reminder emails at the end of term to help you remember to bring your rented books back.
What if I Forget to Return My Rental by its Due Date?
If you don't return your books by your return date, we'll charge your credit card a non-return fee as well as a processing fee and you’ll own the book. You can keep the book or sell your book back according to the book buyback policies of your bookstore.
Why the Extra Fees if I Check-in My Rental Book Past the Deadline?
If you don't return your rental book on time, we'll need to find another copy of the book in order to have enough copies on hand for the next semester. The fees cover the additional expenses of finding another copy of the book.
What if I Rent a Book and then Decide I Need to Keep it?
You can convert your rental into a standard purchase at any time before the rental due date. You'll simply receive a refund of your rental fee and be charged regular retail price based on the book's condition when purchased (new or used).
