How to dispute a Kroger claim?

Before commencing any arbitration proceedings under the Terms, you must first present your claims or disputes to Kroger by calling 1-800-KRO-GERS (1-800-576-4377) and asking for the customer service department and allowing Kroger the opportunity to resolve the claims or disputes. If your claims or disputes are not resolved within sixty (60) days, you may commence arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Terms.

What to do if you have paid for something missing from your order?

If any product in your order for which you have paid is missing from the items you received please contact the store from which you picked up or placed your order, the address and telephone number of which appears on the receipt you receive with your order and/or by email. At the store’s option the missing items will be made available to you for pickup or will be delivered to you instead of offering you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the payment card used to purchase the order.

Does Kroger accept digital coupons?

We accept valid digital and paper coupons for all Pickup orders when you pick up your order, but not for Delivery orders. Please present your valid paper coupons and non-Kroger digital coupons to the associate when you pick up your Pickup order. Digital coupons linked to your Loyalty Card are automatically applied to your order.

We have significantly decreased commercial air travel. We continue to closely monitor events and adjust our guidance accordingly. In lieu of traveling, we recommend our associates use video or audio conference tools for internal meetings as well as communication with suppliers and partners

How do I know if I’m placing an order with a third-party seller?

Look for “Sold & Shipped By” and the seller’s name on the product page. We’ll also separate Kroger items from third-party items in checkout.

Not always. But if multiple packages are shipped, you can track each one separately. Just go to “My Purchases,” select the order in question, and check the tracking information for each package. You can also follow the tracking links in your confirmation email.

Digital coupons and offers are deducted from a Customer’s total purchase prior to paper coupons or any other discounts, and cannot be added back or removed once the Card has been scanned.

Does Kroger accept digital coupons?

The Kroger Co. Family of Stores accepts paper and digital coupons. Customers who choose to participate in the digital coupon program are required to have a digital account with a valid, active Plus Card. Kroger Co. Associates or partners are prohibited from setting up or otherwise maintaining a digital account not specifically linked to that Associate or the Associate’s household.

How long does it take to return a Kroger item?

Can Kroger refund WIC?

WIC Returns - Kroger Company family of stores cannot provide refunds for any items which have been purchased with WIC. Any items purchased on WIC can be exchanged for the exact same item.

Can you return baby formula?

Baby Formula Returns - Customers must have a receipt in order to refund / exchange baby formula. Baby formula purchased using WIC cannot be returned due to USDA regulation, but can be exchanged for the exact same item (Example: a damaged or dented item may be exchanged for the exact same product).
