All return packages must be post marked within 14 days of the original delivery date of your order, unworn, with all tags attached and with a copy of your invoice for a proper refund or exchange to be processed.

No, you do not have to use our return label, you can use your own return shipping carrier/method of choice. Please make sure you use a reliable shipping method, and save your return tracking number.
