Can you return items from Zola?
Yes! We offer free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you'd like to return an item you purchased and shipped to yourself, we'll refund your original form of payment.
How do I return an item on Zola registry?
If you have a Zola account, log in. Then, on the top right corner of your screen, hover over “Account” and click “Orders You've Placed” in the dropdown. Hit the “Return” button next to the gift you'd like to return. You'll be prompted to answer why you'd like to return the gift and submit your answer.
Can you return something from a registry?
If you buy something from the registry, the couple can return the item hassle-free if they change their minds or receive duplicates. While it may be tempting to buy something that isn't on the registry, only do so if you also give a gift receipt along with your present.

A few things to keep in mind: This credit is Zola Stored Value, never expires, and can be used towards any physical product or experience in Zola's store. This credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward items purchased from another store.

Just like all your Zola gifts, you can manage any digital Zola gift cards you receive in your Gift Tracker. Just click Redeem Zola Credit to get the value added to your Zola account as Zola store credit.
