UNWANTED GOODS
If you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel. Notification of your cancellation must be received via email within 14 days of the receipt of the goods to sales@zwilling.co.uk .You then have a further 14 days in which to return the cancelled goods.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
